Pastor Roger leads the charge at Generation with the vision of the church. He holds master’s degrees in Divinity and Theology, and he has a background in foreign missions. He and his wife, Teresa, were missionaries to Romania for 10 years. One of Pastor Roger’s favorite quotes is from C.T. Studd, “Some wish to live within the sound of church or chapel bell; I want to run a rescue shop within a yard of hell.”
Pastor Bryan is entrusted with leading the worship team and bringing Generation into an atmosphere of Christ-centered worship. He is also a part of the Pastoral Teaching team. His life motto is “Guard your heart; be all there; aim for the fences; have no regrets."
Pastor Lois is passionate about coffee shops and people. Lois joined the Generation team to oversee the buildout and management of the Rex Cafe. Lois graduated from Hillsong college with a diploma of ministry in Pastoral leadership. After pastoring a church in the south of France for 8 years Lois and his family moved to the US to be closer to their American side of the family. Pastor Adam is responsible for all family ministry teams. His focus is to lead Generation’s kids and families into a deep, long lasting relationship with Jesus.His favorite quote is “Enjoy the little things because one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.” - Robert Brault
Pastor Greg oversees the Care ministries of the church which includes leading our prayer teams and conducting hospital visits. His favorite Bible verse is “Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.”- Matthew 6:33
Pastor Ray helps connect our online campus to the Generation Church family and their next steps.His favorite quote is “This is why we do what we do. To cause life to flow abundantly to and in the people of God. We tote buckets of water from the cross and give it to His people.”- Stephen Goulet
Shelby oversees the day to day financial operations of our church. When she’s not calculating numbers, you can find her in our 2-3 preschool class making sure the youngest members of Generation are learning foundational Biblical truth in a fun and engaging way! The quote that she reminds herself of often is "you never know what's on the other side of your obedience".
Courtney passionately serves as Operations Manager and leads the Guest Services teams. Her desire is that all who walk through the doors will experience a welcoming and life giving atmosphere. She strives for excellence in the details in order to create a positive and joyful experience where every person feels significant, seen, and loved. Nothing is too small, that God will not use it! Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."
Keith oversees all video, audio, and lighting aspects of our services with a goal for excellence. He has a deep-rooted passion for film and a compassionate heart for people. Hélène oversees all things social media at Generation Church. Her and her team's mission is to creatively and authentically share Generation on social media.Her favorite quote is "Quiet heroes dot the landscape of our society. Natalie is a wife and homeschooling mother of five. Her passion is to partner with families, together guiding their children to walk in the light of God’s love.Her favorite Bible verse is1 Corinthians 16:13-14 “Be on your guard. Remain strong in the faith. Be brave. Be loving in everything you do.”
Derek is privileged to lead a team of men whose responsibility is to provide a safe and secure environment to all who serve and worship at Generation Church.
